This is the same company that makes the silly claim that they "build architects". I always wondered who was going to teach them first. They have always been attention grabbing ego maniacs. Witness Roman's "road to Damascus" bs about his own introduction to EJB which is almost as bad as claiming credit for the session facade design pattern.

The real problem is that this crap works. Microsoft bought out the company and they are millionaires now. In the eyes of the development community they are first class charlatans.
